      Pros

      Responsible management. Good internal controls. All work offices are impressive. Associates are friendly. Compensation and benefits are great. A responsible investment company.

      Cons

      Environment is highly politically charged. There are many little empires. Various senior and mid level managers all seem to have their own agendas. A strong urge to outsource jobs overseas in some groups. Heavy dependence on consultants, many of which misuse their influence to create an ongoing gravy train.

      Pros

      Benefits and compensation were great. Most people were really nice.

      Cons

      Can become a gossip mill if you allow it. Constant rumors of HR cases, people forced to resign, inappropriate comments, etc. Some of the team leads and leadership actively participating in that gossip- really disappointing to see.
