Some people are actually nice, but for the most part it's unorganized and stressful.
Cons
I worked in marketing for about 4 years, and it was a bad experiece. If you're not a fan of contant restructuring, frequent offive moves, daily stand ups, unnecessary meetings, and mircromangement, then marketing at Capital Group may not be for you. Most people complain about the unnecessary meetings, especially the daily stand-ups, which is mentally draining. People only stay because they either can't find another job or feel stuck!
