Bad Corporate Management - Director of Marketing Capital Health Services Employee Review

My co-workers were wonderful to work with. In the Human Resource/Payroll department, we were busy 95% of the time. If you were not sure on just how to proceed with a project, problem, etc., the upper management welcomed you going to them to discuss different solutions.

The main challenge was working with the nine (9) different nursing homes. All nine had the same pay week.

The best two things about Shiloh Springs Care Center are most of the people you work with and of course the residents.

Recently, Shiloh Springs Care Center got a new administrator and director of nursing. The administrator is rude, impatient and disrespectful. She interupts people while they are speaking, belittles employees in front of other employees and is rude when someone doesn't understand what she is saying due to her limited grasp of the English language. Employees are not permitted to joke around with each other. The working environment there has become very hostile.
