This company started out great, but the over inflated egos. People with no experience lie in order get the position and as long as they kiss up to the correct person, they are promoted. It's unacceptable that people who work in finance can not perform basic math skills. Management has no regard for time management and blatantly ignore and mistreat employees. HR does not follow proper protocol. The turnover (of great employees) are deplorable.
