Pros
Friendly and hard working colleagues. Decent salary.
Cons
No work-life balance and I’m used to working long hours…Be prepared to work 12 hour days consistently, it’s relentless. Working on weekends became necessary to keep up. No overtime pay. Unreasonable targets with limited support from upper management. Their internal systems really frustrate the process, add unnecessary hurdles to overcome and are demoralising. Go into this job with your eyes wide open, it’s not for everyone. Ask the hard questions in the interview (their employee turnover, what you’ll be expected to do all by yourself, etc.)
