Owners are great people. Does a company trip each year free to qualifying employees.

A corporation still being run with a mom and pop attitude and structure. Very little room for advancement in corporate. Corp employees under appreciated and acknowledged. Hires part-time for full-time responsibilities. Pay in some locations is less than acceptable for responsibilities. Very very cliquish. Management put in place by owners is unstable and unstructured. No defined roles, management is all over the place. Not open to hear new ideas unless in the cliques.
