Having previously worked in the NHS, sport and private practice, I can honestly say Capital is the best environment I have ever worked in. I have been really proud to be part of a company where everyone is so passionate about not only being the best clinicians possible but also genuinely really care about patient outcomes/satisfaction. As a company Capital is very proactive in developing clinicians/providing CPD, tailored to specific interests of each individual physio. They genuinely care about your personal career aspirations, rather than only whats best for the business and will work with you to ensure you are as happy as possible in clinic at all times.

Working independently in clinic is not for everyone, however there is always somebody on hand to speak to if you need support/want to discuss anything
