Pros

Capital Placement offers a dynamic, flexible, and innovative work environment. As a front-end engineer, I’ve had the chance to work on impactful projects that push boundaries while collaborating with a highly supportive team. The company is deeply committed to personal and professional growth, providing resources like specialized training, learning budgets, and leadership opportunities to help employees achieve their career goals. The remote and collaborative culture promotes inclusivity, transparency, and a shared drive to make a positive impact both internally and for clients. They even assist in setting up your home office if needed. Capital Placement values work-life balance, with fun activities and budgets allocated for games and team bonding. It’s not just about work—there’s a great balance that keeps things engaging. Overall, it’s an excellent place for professionals who want to grow across many areas while enjoying their time at work.

Cons

I don’t have many cons to mention. Perhaps the limited in-person interaction with teammates and colleagues from other departments could be one. However, Capital Placement addresses this well with an encouraging collaborative culture, regular catch-up systems, and an annual trip that helps bridge the gap. I’d say it’s more of a challenge than a direct con.

Pros

Capital placement is a legit company that was able to help me pivot my career. I was worried if they were real and if they would deliver on the promise of a virtual internship. I am happy to say that they connected me with different companies around the work and I was able to secure a virtual internship in the US that turned into a full time job. I definitely recommend them and would be happy to go through their program again.

Cons

The job placement process was slow and the placement is not guaranteed. You have to interview with different companies and it is up to them to hire you or not. Additionally, the salary for the intern position was not extremely high (think less than $1200) for the month and I was working full time ( 30+ hours) a week. Also I did not receive any benefits as an intern (however this is normal in the US).

Pros

A fast-paced environment where great ideas are valued and talented people are trusted to do their best work. Plenty of opportunities to learn, take ownership, and collaborate with supportive teammates. If you enjoy solving creative challenges and growing professionally, you'll feel right at home.

Cons

The pace can be demanding at times, and priorities may shift quickly. Like any growing company, staying organized and adapting to change is essential to keep up with the workflow.
