There is zero professionalism, people in higher management get to do and let go of whoever they want for no reason, they will discriminate against people that they don't like for any reason, they will replace staff with unqualified people and have the previous worker train their replacement, they will gossip, have dual relationships between managers, they will not give you any evaluations before letting you go. They have you be an hourly worker but work after hours and punish you if you dont pick up the phone.
