      Cons

      Never know who gets hired next -- will they repay kindness with kindness? Or with back-stabbing? Decline in culture in recent years and especially months, as owner prepared to sell.

      Pros

      All the employees are interested, there for the long term, go above and beyond and all good friends.

      Cons

      Three different regime changes in 4 years. Employees are disposable. Direction is uncertain. Mike Dodson, CEO, has long been replaced. New CEO is Brad Phinney from Lubbock.
