Cons
Few opportunities for advancement. The employee review process is one-sided and enforces a stay-in-your-lane culture that is very closed to any criticism of management or the organization. Salaries are way below what others are paying. Raises, if and when you get them are very low. New employees are still being offered the same pay as those of employees that were hire 10+ years ago. The Central Offices are a ghost town because most employees work from home. There is little if any need or benefit to coming into the office. Cubicles are cold and dehumanizing. There is no privacy in the office. There are cameras everywhere and security doors throughout the building to track movement. You always feel like you are working in a fish bowl or are being watched. The organization is extremely slow to change. They seem to be forever stuck in the 1990s. Departments are siloed and insular. The management culture is very toxic, short-sighted and reactionary.
