This company runs like a high school from a teen film the culture that’s been created there is nothing short of toxic, the way staff are treated by management and upper management is something to be studied honestly from favoritism to outright bullying is something a lot of us had never experienced like this till we spent time at this company. They pride themselves on professionalism from the outside but it is hands down one of the least professional companies I have been a part of. There are some managers that genuinely go above and beyond and will back you but they are truly in the minority. Working there genuinely felt like a fever dream and have never experienced something like this before or since. Even the wider teams cannot work together in a professional manner without it being like a high school argument the day to day experience there between management, some peers, processes and the general culture is something out of a Netflix series disciplinaries that are unfounded, unfair treatment in the face of mental health, complete disregard for people’s lives as well as a disregard for people’s needs. You will probably have maybe 4-6 solid weeks there are feeling like you are cared about or if needed accommodated for but that quickly fades and instead is met with horrid treatment, unfair outcomes and sobbing in the office being the normal…even down to every slack message having the most blunt rancid tone to them and yet your expected to want to progress and have a brand for yourself bla bla bla when there’s no room to be anything other than a well trained puppy based on what they went that week.
