The staff or my team to be exact are so great and we’re more helpful then seniors and team leaders. Some of the benefits were good.
Cons
I hated every single moment of working in COT since the training began which was awful. Team leaders are rude and clicky with their favourite people and it’s so obvious. Your evaluated on calls weekly some times I would have 3 a day which I think is pathetic. You have minimal room for human error otherwise you’re let go. They do not offer medical leave only a 2 hour appointment slot time so if you have surgery or hospital where you need to be for the day book AL or ring in sick. The job it’s self was extremely draining and the processes are stupid you can’t even change a mobile number you have to raise it?? Bizzare.
