Pros
You can make $10 an hour.
Cons
It's your basic pyramid scheme. You go to the office for sales role play and pep talk. They interview people almost daily because most people end up quitting. It depends on which campaign you are on. I was on the home depot one. Once you are given your assigned store, you go there and talk to all the customers and try to get them to make an appointment with a designer who will come out and give an estimate. The customer has to specifically want their cabinets refaced. They want you to ideally get 5 a day. You work from 11 to 7. You get an hourly wage but won't start getting paychecks until 3 weeks in. Apparently if your leads come through you can earn more money per week but it isn't much. You have no benefits and are not compensated for driving. The "trainers" don't have much experience. They can be petty and rude. Especially once you start to realize what kind of "business" it really is and start asking questions. Honestly the management is poor. It's a very unorganized work environment. It could be better. Very private info is kept in the open and there is no electronic time keeping system. The only people who actually make money are the directors. The directors are there even on weekends and I really think the trainers are the main problem.
