      Pros

      No one over your shoulder. Free to do your job. No real training, here is your portfolio have at it!

      Cons

      Management only speaks to you when you make a mistake or a client is not happy. There is no positives and if there are, they are reserved for the "liked employees" I felt like I was in High School again. I had several boards share their positive experiences with the Director of Property Management and would never hear about them. Fine by me as the Boards are who you really work for.

      Pros

      I’ve been working at Capitol for over 10 years and I can’t imagine working anywhere else. The owners are very generous and they treat us like family. Coworkers are supportive, funny, hard-working and dedicated. We all work together as a team and I really enjoy working with them.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. I wouldn't be here for over 10 years if I didn't like working here.

      Pros

      The work environment is fun and laid back. Both bosses are great and really care about their staff. I am a long term employee and have always found Capitol to be an enjoyable place where I don't mind going to work every day. They are always looking to promote from within and move current staff up the ladder.
