Extremely political. If you do not have the "yes man" attitude, you will not be happy in this department. Reject feedback and will literally steal credit for ideas you come up with. Will change your schedule based on their mood, and very open about their favorites and not favorites. Pay is absymal for the workload and asking for a proper raise is next to impossible.
