Pros
The company really cares about the clients/residents. Lots of fun volunteer opportunities. Cool trainings for upper management.
Cons
No onboarding. If you have a problem with your direct supervisor you are SOL, because if you try to talk to HR they will tell your supervisor and if you tell your regional they will tell your supervisor. There is no conflict resolution, no trust, no confidentiality, and no respect. Benefits are nothing to write home about. Management lies about raises. There is no moving up or growth opportunities.
