None I only pro was leaving the place.

I went on their door supervisor course and was failed on the last day.I,ve a moblilly problem so i was failed on the physical side of the course.I did not want to work as a doorman i wanted to do something like a porter in a hotel/apartment block.i thought i was treated badly by the person who took the course.I also found the culture there was bad.The staff was i my eyes not very business like in their manner very casual approach to everthing more bothered to finishing early.I used to work in Central London and the City in customer service roles and acted in more of a business like manner.To me they are a load of provincial hics Good luck and Good riddance.
