Pros
- If you want a very understanding team, this is the place. Amazing people, specially CEO, Directors, Management.
- Everyone is very team and human oriented. Work and life balance on this job was a very real feeling for me.
- All my team members went above and beyond to help me learn my job, I had a constant line of communication and support if I had any questions or needed help understanding any principles and processes.
- The newest person on the company besides me was in the company for 5 years. Everyone has being in the company for 5-20 years, which I think was a reflection of the amazing people, life work balance, and humanity of the team of leaders, which were great.
Cons
- I did not receive any money or material to work remotely. I did not get a laptop, or any other materials to start working. I had to have my own stuff.
- My coworkers told me they use to receive bonuses, but not anymore.
- if you are a international student, this is not the best place for you, since they will not work on a EB-1 Visa for you.
- There is room for career advancement but to a certain point cause the company is so small. I think it would have taken many and many years for me to be promoted because there is not really enough positions to be filled.
