Pros

Haha, there's nothing called 'pros' here. 😂

Cons

The management is extremely poor, unprofessional, and lacks transparency. It often feels more like a family-run business than a professionally managed organization, where decisions appear to be influenced by internal relationships rather than fairness or professionalism.Promises made to employees were repeatedly not fulfilled, creating unnecessary stress, uncertainty, and financial difficulties. Communication is weak, employee concerns are ignored, and there is very little accountability from the management.

Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing

Cons

- Highly toxic work culture with constant pressure and uncertainty - Very limited number of meaningful projects; revenue depends largely on a single product (Acting Office) - Most other projects lack clients and long-term value - Overhiring in 2025 followed by sudden project shutdowns - Employees threatened with termination through internal exams - AI/ML department shut down within two months of hiring - Forced role changes (AI/ML and Full Stack developers shifted to game development without consent) - Employees later terminated citing performance issues after forced transitions - Ongoing instability leading to stress and mental health concerns - Lack of job security and peace of mind, affecting both work and personal life - They don't know how to respect their employees. They treat them like trash. - Do not trust on these 5 star ratings and reviews they told their employees to write these.
