Very open to teaching employees. Great starting position. Competitive wages. Easy to request time off. Good location.
Cons
Not a lot of room for growth. Tasks are very repetitive from day to day. Benefits are so-so. Job security is unknown because start ups rise and fall in the Bay Area very suddenly.
