Poor Communication: Recruitment processes are lengthy and uninformative, with months of waiting and no updates on status. 4. No Feedback: Despite requests for constructive criticism, I received none, leaving no room to learn or improve for future roles. 5. Dismissive Behavior: Responses to concerns were defensive, dismissive, and even childish, including threats to block further communication. 6. Time Zone Excuse: Cited time zone differences as a reason for termination, despite my assurance of full availability.
