Pros
Flexibility - can miss time as much as you want and they won't do anything. They are robbing you blind anyway, so the more guilty they can make you feel about attendance the more likely they are to get away with it. Works out perfectly!
Cons
Absolutely everything. Horrible work environment and culture, horrible management that is literally stealing from the employees and taking all he can from them to put money into his own pockets, no new hire training so very unsafe, discrimination, will pay you next to nothing and expect you to do all of their jobs plus yours to get it, won't pay you correctly, makes you work 50+ hrs then plays mind games to get out of paying you for most of the overtime, no PTO or benefits for hourly associates, no opportunity for advancement, forges employee documents, management cheats their way out of doing absolutely everything. They are just crooked, unethical con artists. They still owe me more than $300 in wages, and they do not care about their employees at all from the top to lower management level. None of them care at all.
