      Over great inside and out. Nationwide third party Logistics services . Always work available. Work travel opportunities. The people. Past, current and future.

      Lack of communication. Negativity. Own employees including Mgmt, answer to the partner w/out questions. One sided accountability. Scapegoating

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
