Make sure you document EVERYTHING! Trust me please when I say this. When mistakes are made they are quick to throw you under the bus to save themselves even when you are not the cause of it. I was warned by several employees before they left the company. They don't follow their own policies and procedures, managers do what they want, extreme high turnover, chaotic, understaffed and completely unorganized.
