      production based pay means you get what you put into it. No minimum, could run 50% and get 11.00 an hour, but 100%(Not easy) is 22.85

      Backbreaking work, must be in shape to run well

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
