Apart from they are quite nice, there is nothing they are good at. Overall they are not capable at all, they are just senior consultant. In terms of business development, the male boss doesn’t do BD and just use his day to do operation or look at the pipelines. The female boss just randomly calls client, but seldom meet client and candidates. Seeing her do bd is just a joke. Don’t expect them teach you that much because they couldn’t even manage the company well and know the market well. Working environment is as quiet as the library, unlike a very sales driven environment. It is suitable for people to come to chill here or work in their retirement age. If you are driven and want to make a lot of money, pls don’t join this company. Client portfolio is poor, Database is bad, leadership is weak, reputation is getting worse. Two bosses could not make good money, they couldn’t do that to their staffs too.
