Operated for 10 years yet having Zero Management Skills - Associate Captiare Employee Review

Zero management technique. Autocratic/ Minimalist managerial style. No time for candidate mapping/roles searching as they put 90% of their time on admin work checking heavily on punctuality and attendance rate in a Sales office. Hired only one admin to work on tedious payroll calculation and require Sales colleagues to handle contract signing issues with candidates, totally ineffective. What's more ironic is that no one dare to voice out while management level claim themselves to be democratic enough for opinions.
