Pros

*Good compensation if able to stay around to start obtaining the commission after six months. *No other pros during my experience with the company.

Cons

*I was shown the door after six weeks of traveling over 3000 miles for shadowing with a territory manager. I was given nothing but compliments the entire time of training and was let go with no explanation. The CEO did not give me any sort of information on my exit as well. *Expectations to work 10-12+ hour days and work on the weekends to keep on top of work. Not enough people working each region to keep under a 50 hour work week. *No criticism or room for improvements or growth were given. *The region I worked for did things different from corporate to benefit them and try to fly under the radar with them. *The benefits given are not impressive and do not cover anything until deductible is meant. *Each region is in competition with each other and do not work well together. *Management likes to keep other employees in the dark.

Pros

Almost no Pros for this position, if you are just looking for a manufacturing role this seems like an alright company that at least tries to care about you. The free lunches are usually pretty good too.

Cons

Bad pay, very strict time schedules, and ZERO engineering experience expected to be gained from this role. You are treated as a full time manufacturing associate. This entire company does not know how to utilize talent accordingly, engineers are doing menial tasks and you are doing NOTHING. Every promotion or managerial position seems to be decided entirely on if you are related to someone higher up in the company or if you are buddy buddy with a manager.
