Pros

The popularity scale is off the charts. Captive-Aire is a world wide network, which comes with unlimited stability for your future.

Cons

The major down fall is if you are already not hard working, self motivated, have common knowledge of having common sense of what and what not to do, Captive-Aire is not for you.

Pros

Almost no Pros for this position, if you are just looking for a manufacturing role this seems like an alright company that at least tries to care about you. The free lunches are usually pretty good too.

Cons

Bad pay, very strict time schedules, and ZERO engineering experience expected to be gained from this role. You are treated as a full time manufacturing associate. This entire company does not know how to utilize talent accordingly, engineers are doing menial tasks and you are doing NOTHING. Every promotion or managerial position seems to be decided entirely on if you are related to someone higher up in the company or if you are buddy buddy with a manager.
