Pros

Great Benefits and Salary Always someone to call for help if needed Encourage learning and gaining more experience each day Always improving product lines Takes advice from the field service techs and makes improvements and redesigns based on what troubles we are seeing You become appreciated for your accomplishments and jobs well done, they make sure to let you know

Cons

Not many downsides to this company in my role that is their direct fault. Its a big corporation and is growing in each market every day so sometimes it feels as though the service departments may be spread too thin. Would not consider having a lot of work and being really busy a con. Scheduling adjustments need to be made often based on your specialties in your role which could sometimes be hard to manage when emergencies come up but it works itself out one way or another.

Pros

Almost no Pros for this position, if you are just looking for a manufacturing role this seems like an alright company that at least tries to care about you. The free lunches are usually pretty good too.

Cons

Bad pay, very strict time schedules, and ZERO engineering experience expected to be gained from this role. You are treated as a full time manufacturing associate. This entire company does not know how to utilize talent accordingly, engineers are doing menial tasks and you are doing NOTHING. Every promotion or managerial position seems to be decided entirely on if you are related to someone higher up in the company or if you are buddy buddy with a manager.
