Excellent company who provides a lot of resources and tools for you to learn an extensive amount of information in the HVAC industry. Lot of benefits and opportunities for growth. They care about new technology and quality products.

Cons

No cons in my mind. The more you put in, the more you will get out.

Pros

Almost no Pros for this position, if you are just looking for a manufacturing role this seems like an alright company that at least tries to care about you. The free lunches are usually pretty good too.

Cons

Bad pay, very strict time schedules, and ZERO engineering experience expected to be gained from this role. You are treated as a full time manufacturing associate. This entire company does not know how to utilize talent accordingly, engineers are doing menial tasks and you are doing NOTHING. Every promotion or managerial position seems to be decided entirely on if you are related to someone higher up in the company or if you are buddy buddy with a manager.
