Pros

-Great leadership. Bob, the owner of the company, is one of the most ambitious and aggressive(in a positive way) people I have ever met. The companies goals and size have doubled in the short time I have been an employee. Having this type of leadership is inspirational. -Multitude of work opportunities/variety. I've gained a tremendous amount of knowledge from working on a vast array of products. There are always new and exciting projects on the horizon. If you are passionate about learning and are driven to pursue new ideas you will not be bored. -Personal responsibility. Many times I have been able to be the sole owner of a project and see it from inception to market. It is a very rewarding feeling to see the entire process to completion.

Cons

-Vacation time has improved over the years to remain competitive but can be difficult for new hires.

Pros

Almost no Pros for this position, if you are just looking for a manufacturing role this seems like an alright company that at least tries to care about you. The free lunches are usually pretty good too.

Cons

Bad pay, very strict time schedules, and ZERO engineering experience expected to be gained from this role. You are treated as a full time manufacturing associate. This entire company does not know how to utilize talent accordingly, engineers are doing menial tasks and you are doing NOTHING. Every promotion or managerial position seems to be decided entirely on if you are related to someone higher up in the company or if you are buddy buddy with a manager.
