Pros

Work hard, use common sense and you will not have middle management holding you back. Lots of room for people who perform well. Teams are overall very good and work together for good outcomes. It still feels like a small company in a good way but they are aggressive about professional, company and personal growth. Rewarded for work well done.

Cons

I enjoy my job so I don’t dwell on the cons. There are minor issues but that is with every job I have ever had.

Pros

Almost no Pros for this position, if you are just looking for a manufacturing role this seems like an alright company that at least tries to care about you. The free lunches are usually pretty good too.

Cons

Bad pay, very strict time schedules, and ZERO engineering experience expected to be gained from this role. You are treated as a full time manufacturing associate. This entire company does not know how to utilize talent accordingly, engineers are doing menial tasks and you are doing NOTHING. Every promotion or managerial position seems to be decided entirely on if you are related to someone higher up in the company or if you are buddy buddy with a manager.
