Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback, but respectfully disagree, as much of this information is false. We encourage all employees to develop their skills and knowledge to their fullest potential. All employees have access to a wide variety of personal development and training opportunities, and we encourage team members to take the initiative to take advantage of these opportunities at their own will. We cover for all travel expenses, including hotels, transportation, daily per diem, and mileage reimbursements. We always regret parting ways with employees, but occasionally find it necessary to encourage individuals to find success where they best fit, even if that is not at CaptiveAire. We're glad to hear that you have benefitted from our personalized training program.

Pros

Almost no Pros for this position, if you are just looking for a manufacturing role this seems like an alright company that at least tries to care about you. The free lunches are usually pretty good too.

Cons

Bad pay, very strict time schedules, and ZERO engineering experience expected to be gained from this role. You are treated as a full time manufacturing associate. This entire company does not know how to utilize talent accordingly, engineers are doing menial tasks and you are doing NOTHING. Every promotion or managerial position seems to be decided entirely on if you are related to someone higher up in the company or if you are buddy buddy with a manager.
