6yThank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback, but respectfully disagree, as much of this information is false. We encourage all employees to develop their skills and knowledge to their fullest potential. All employees have access to a wide variety of personal development and training opportunities, and we encourage team members to take the initiative to take advantage of these opportunities at their own will. We cover for all travel expenses, including hotels, transportation, daily per diem, and mileage reimbursements. We always regret parting ways with employees, but occasionally find it necessary to encourage individuals to find success where they best fit, even if that is not at CaptiveAire. We're glad to hear that you have benefitted from our personalized training program.
