Pros

-Good benefits. High earning potential based on profitability within region. -Very diverse job duties such as design, outside sales, inside sales, project management, job site visits, troubleshooting, etc. -Factory service technicians nationwide that make our jobs easier. -Management feels more like your "teammates" rather than your "boss" . -Remote work available when needed. -Very rewarding work seeing local projects completed with your equipment. -Corporate management will go out of their way to let you know you are a valued employee. This is the 4th company I've worked for and the only company I've had 1 on 1 time talking with the CEO. CEO founded CaptiveAire over 40 years ago and still is in the office everyday fully involved in operations of the company. CEO truly cares about CaptiveAire's products, its employees, and its customers. Most decisions are made to benefit the customer. Hands down the best company I've worked for.

Cons

-Hours can be long certain days. It is typically flexible enough that you can work late the day before/after to avoid conflicting with out of work events.

Pros

Almost no Pros for this position, if you are just looking for a manufacturing role this seems like an alright company that at least tries to care about you. The free lunches are usually pretty good too.

Cons

Bad pay, very strict time schedules, and ZERO engineering experience expected to be gained from this role. You are treated as a full time manufacturing associate. This entire company does not know how to utilize talent accordingly, engineers are doing menial tasks and you are doing NOTHING. Every promotion or managerial position seems to be decided entirely on if you are related to someone higher up in the company or if you are buddy buddy with a manager.
