Pros
- work from anywhere - great healthcare package to pay for work-related therapy sessions
Cons
- Management is either ignoring you or extra-controlling (will make you write emails/build entire powerpoints while on calls with you and will check things to the coma) - Little to no communication regarding people's roles. You will find out that people left months after they did - Fresh ideas are not welcome. Do not try to improve processes or bring anything new to the table - none of it is going to happen - Feedback doesn't exist. This goes both ways: you will not receive any feedback and any feedback you will give will be ignored - So many internal projects that are going nowhere - A lot of nepo hires and no females anywhere near management roles. Overall, people are either really good or incredibly incompetent - The office is in the middle of nowhere with nothing around (1h commute from city center) - hideous 2000' style powerpoints
