      Pros

      Great Company to pursuit a Career! Always looking to promote with in if you put in the work along with performance. Work Life Balance is there and the culture is a positive experience along with great training!

      Cons

      Not for everyone. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment and be able to make sound and quick decisions and excel at time management. Also must be a closer as with any sales position is a given.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
