      Pros

      40 hour work week. Sundays off.

      Cons

      No direction, Lack of training, Management pulls you in every direction and sets unobtainable goals. Management is able to lie about employee reviews and write ups and there is no follow up. Bullying is part of the culture and your expected to take part or you would be targeted and made to feel like you didn't belong there.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
