I worked as an AWS DevOps engineer at CarNext.nl, where I had the chance to work with some of the most advanced AWS services and tools, which significantly enhanced my professional skills. However, the company had its share of drawbacks. Despite a talented team, there was often a lack of clear direction which led to confusion and inefficiencies. Workload could sometimes be intense, leading to longer work hours than expected. Additionally, there were occasions where the decision-making process was top-heavy, limiting the team's ability to contribute or innovate effectively. While I appreciate the opportunities and learning that CarNext.nl provided, I believe there was room for improvement in these areas. They also pushed all employees to work onsite which not good
