Customer Service Manager is awesome Good pay Good bonus (if you can hit it) Lots of time off Flexible with time off Unlimited OverTime Casual dress code/atmosphere Great amenities-Gym, Lunch Served Daily

Cons

Extremely Stressful Near Impossible departmental goals 401K is a joke 6 Day weeks twice per month Number-obsessive management Customers are often irate, will verbally abuse Lack of confidence/morality in service Company makes too much money to pay us so little Pay is a pittance against how much money the company makes Hate coming to work, constant stress from all angles Small restrooms are like the Wild West
