      Pros

      good co-workers, got a lot of experience in mining.

      Cons

      they let go half of there staff one day in a company wide layoff without notice, kicked us to the curb even after going through good patches and bad. HR is a joke they dont care about anything you say. I worked for them for a couple of years and no employee reviews were made with myself or anyone that i know. they dont care about you as a person or your abilities, they treat you like youre stupid. they wont let you progress beyond your hired title even though HR will tell you otherwise, but its just what they say to get you out of there office.

      Pros

      Great Family environment with helpful Co-Workers that will always lend a hand if need be. I have been with this company since 2006 and they have always treated me fairly. as long as I work hard and try to do better this company continues to work with me.

      Cons

      some scheduling issues with job delivery dates and work flow flaws. headaches yes but team work makes the dream work.

      great and fun people. made it fun to come to work every day, office staff was easy to get a long with and easy to talk to. very helpful

      Cons

      lots of red tape, dishonest management, don't hold up their end of the deal. they tell you you do a great job and then get rid of you.
