they dont follow SOPs, their visual guide for pass/fails is a joke. no one is on the same amount of money. theres one lady in there on 11.50 an hour because they think her english isnt good but they have lady training in people in QC with very poor english. middle management is a bunch of men in their 40s and 50s with no respect for anyone, especially women.
