Management is very team dependent. Some teams better than other. My team is relatively good. Very Flexible remote work policy however must work east coast hours If given good vendors your activity is great and recognized. Leaves room for growth (still team/vendor dependent)

Management is somewhat unclear and sometimes you will have multiple Managers of the same level leaving conflicting responsibilities Pay structure very unclear and they have changed how pay works no less than 3-4 times since i started. Problematic company wide metrics that can be impossible to meet if your in a non sales role.
