Great work life balance except for busy season which is expected in the industry. If you get onto a good team and do you job effectively (aka performing well) you have a lot of flexibility and trust within management and get to choose and be part of different campaigns that are being run

Salary is a bit low especially first year but if you perform you can get huge raises. No commission which is tough when you see how much pipeline you are generating for your vendor

Position is fully remote, company gives "prizes" out several time a year, ongoing training available.

Low pay and equally low growth opportunity, raises are almost impossible to get, and every second of the day is monitored by tracking software. The micromanagement is extremely stressful during slow times of the year, If you aren't able to manufacture enough activity on your own, you are likely to be placed on call campaigns just to show activity.
