Pros

Nothing that I can think of

Cons

- Did not receive a job description until 4 months after I joined the company - What I applied for and what the interviewers spoke to me about was not the role I signed up for - I was either stuck in the warehouse or wasted sitting in the office - I did not join to tape up boxes and pack items - one of the accounts made a racist comment against me, there was no HR to talk to about this - wasted good year here - they make up their own rules about leave and tell you to ask your family to book holidays around "URGENT" work weeks. - There is no HR to report issues to - They make up their own rules - Never allowed to take leave - could not even go out for coffee breaks or days off as they "need" people - If you were expecting something exciting DO NOT JOIN THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY - Currently speaking to lawyers about my treatment when I was employed - If this was not a registered company, they would be criminals and I would report them to the police. - Bit like slavery and employee abuse - All the office people are fake, they make you feel welcome, but when I upset the manager, they were all against me. -- Not sure why saying "This job isn't what I signed up for" upset everyone...

Pros

Great customers. Good for someone that would like to gain basic retail experience.

Cons

The company lacks any clear structure or processes. Senior management appears disorganized and inconsistent in their approach. Despite being a small company, the management style is very poor, and the overall team comes across as unprofessional. The work atmosphere is quite negative, with several senior members displaying rude and dismissive behavior. There are very limited opportunities for professional growth or development. The environment feels toxic and mentally draining, largely because many employees act as if they personally own the company. Even the actual owner is often rude and tends to undermine team members.
