Travel all the time so not fun

Pay/compensation, LOTS of time off/you'll work 6 months or more in a GOOD year.

Infrequent schedule/contract work, you'll wish they worked you more despite constantly traveling to jobs because NOTHING is local despite like 6 plants being within 20 minutes of the shop. When out on a job you'll make superb money.... key is you have to be on a job. As of late that has been a difficult thing to come by.
