The employees are kind and hardworking - everyone is focused on the mission. Innovative company looking to change the world, and I'm happy to be apart of it. They also promote everyone having a healthy work-life balance, which is a huge thing for me.

Flexible hours that allow you to get in early and leave early if you so desire, allows for more free time during the day. Everyone there is great, it's a very cooperative environment with a lot of very smart people.

It's a smaller company right now, but it's honestly not much of a downside.
