Friendly company with great management! - 3D Animator/Generalist Carbon Digital Employee Review

My time at Carbon Digital was short, but I really enjoyed working there. It's one of the few places you find that you actually look forward to going to work. The studio has a laid back atmosphere and both Sue and Paul McHugh are extremely friendly and approachable. I learnt a lot working here. I was relatively new to the industry as an animator and placed out of my comfort zone doing other generalist roles. Every step of the way Paul was patient with me whilst pushing me and teaching me new techniques. He even set me up with a job at another studio after my contract had ended.
