Carbon Robotics has very clear priorities and an incredible level of transparency. As any regular full-time employee or intern, you can expect to be kept up to date on product marketing, sales, R&D/product adaptation, manufacturing, and customer feedback. Great office environment and welcoming culture. In office snack selection is superb. Relatively flat organizational structure makes for high speed, low drag operations and development.
Cons
If changing the world were easy, everyone would do it. This is a fast paced environment in which everything that comes your way is high priority. Flexibility is required in order to succeed at Carbon Robotics during this stage. Work life balance is currently achieved by making work your life, but this is improving steadily as the company grows.
